看板与日历Dashboard and calendar

看板只显示管理员配置的 Excel。普通访问者不能上传或选择文件，也不能修改日期、数量或任何 Excel 内容。The dashboard displays only the Excel source configured by the administrator. Viewers cannot upload or select files, or change dates, quantities or any workbook content.

看板和管理页面随浏览器窗口宽度展开，桌面两侧保留少量边距。手机保留窄边距，日历及较宽的预览表可在各自区域内左右滑动。The dashboard and admin page expand with the browser window, leaving small margins on desktop and narrow margins on mobile. On smaller screens, scroll horizontally within the calendar or a wide preview table.

统计卡、产品汇总、月历、周视图、明细列表共用同一份服务器数据。搜索可匹配 IPO、序号、产品、状态或备注；产品筛选与搜索同时生效，点击“清除”恢复全部数据。Summary cards, product totals, the month and week calendars, and the detail list use the same server data. Search matches IPO, No., product, status or remarks. Search and product filters apply together; select “Clear” to show all records again.
日历按 Plan loading 排列，周一为每周起点。箭头切换月份或周，“今天”回到泰国当前日期；月份选择器可跳转。月视图包含前后月份补齐的日期，底部统计覆盖实际显示的日期。The calendar uses “Plan loading” dates, with weeks starting on Monday. Use the arrows to change the month or week, “Today” to return to the current date in Thailand, or the month picker to jump to a month. The month view includes adjacent-month dates to complete its weeks; the totals below cover the dates actually displayed.
点击日期查看当天完整明细、包装、备注和 Excel 源行号。关闭按钮或 Esc 关闭明细。手机可左右滑动查看完整一周，也可使用明细列表。Select a date to see all its items, packaging, remarks and source Excel row numbers. Use the close button or Esc to dismiss the details. On mobile, swipe horizontally to see the full week, or use the detail list.
无明确装货日期的记录保留在“日期待定”区，点击“查看订单”展开。切换到列表后仍可查看待定记录；“Expand all / Collapse all”展开或折叠月份。Records without a definite loading date remain in the pending-date section. Select “View orders” to expand them. Pending records are also available in the list view; “Expand all / Collapse all” opens or closes the month groups.
产品颜色沿用原看板，新产品使用默认颜色。今天显示蓝色边框，未来 7 天装货显示浅黄色。日期已过仅表示计划日期早于今天，不等于已装货、完成、取消或延期。Product colours follow the original dashboard; new products use the default colour. Today has a blue border, and loading dates in the next seven days have a pale yellow background. A past date only means that the planned date is before today; it does not establish that loading is complete, cancelled or delayed.

数量、日期与来源Quantities, dates and sources

订单数按 No. 去重，不是产品明细数，也不是车次；跨多日的同一订单可出现在多个日期中。总量汇总明细行，排除 Excel 自带合计行。缺失或非数值数量标记待确认，真实 0 保留。Order counts use distinct “No.” values, rather than the number of product lines or truck trips. An order scheduled across several days may appear on several dates. Total quantity sums the detail lines and excludes workbook total rows. Missing or non-numeric quantities are marked “to be confirmed”; actual zero values are retained.
仅继承 Excel 实际合并单元格的值；普通空白不自动向下填充。所有源行都保留，不按未经确认的 Status 规则筛掉记录。Values are carried across actual merged Excel cells only; ordinary blank cells are not automatically filled down. All source detail rows are retained, without filtering records using unconfirmed “Status” rules.
Workbook as of 来自表头上方唯一日期；Last successful server read 是实际读取成功时间。所有看板日期提醒和显示时间使用 Asia/Bangkok。“未来 7 天”沿用原页面含首尾口径：今天至今天 + 7 日。“Workbook as of” comes from the unique date above the column headers. “Last successful server read” is the time of the actual successful read. Dashboard date reminders and displayed times use Asia/Bangkok. “Next 7 days” keeps the original inclusive range: today through today plus seven days, including both endpoints.
日期使用 Excel 日期或明确的 YYYY-MM-DD 文本，含糊的日/月格式不会猜测。公式使用 Excel 保存的结果；公式错误或缺少已保存结果会阻止本次更新。Dates must be Excel date values or unambiguous YYYY-MM-DD text; ambiguous day/month formats are not guessed. Formulas use the results saved by Excel. Formula errors or missing saved results prevent that update from being applied.
Excel notes 原样显示工作簿 Note: 区域内容，其日期和通知说明属于源文件记录，不代表系统已发送通知。“Excel notes” displays the workbook’s “Note:” section as written. Its dates and notification statements are source-file records, not confirmation that this system has sent a notification.

刷新与异常Refresh and error handling

服务器默认每 5 分钟读取在线 Excel，即使无人打开网页也会运行。管理员可设置 1–1440 分钟或暂停。普通看板每分钟获取服务器结果，“刷新看板”只获取已有结果，不强制服务器重新下载。取消“自动更新看板”只暂停当前页面的自动请求。By default, the server reads the online Excel file every five minutes, even when nobody has the website open. Administrators can set an interval of 1–1440 minutes or pause the reads. The dashboard retrieves server results every minute. “Refresh display” retrieves existing results without forcing another Excel download. Turning off “Auto update display” pauses only the automatic requests from that browser page.

源读取失败时保留上次成功数据并显示错误及其读取时间。超过服务器刷新间隔加 30 秒仍未成功读取，也显示“Data not confirmed current”。服务器重启可恢复已保存的数据和失败状态；缓存不会冒充新读取。浏览器断网时保留已显示内容并提示无法连接。If a source read fails, the last successful data is retained, with the error and its actual read time displayed. “Data not confirmed current” also appears when the last successful read is older than the configured interval plus 30 seconds. Saved data and failure status survive a server restart; cached data is not presented as a fresh read. If the browser loses its connection, the displayed content remains visible with a connection error.

管理员配置Administrator setup

打开“管理”，使用服务器维护人员设置的管理员用户名和密码登录。会话从登录成功起固定有效 8 小时，操作不会自动延长。退出登录、清除浏览器 Cookie，或重启服务器、重建／重启容器后，需要重新登录。Open “Admin” and sign in with the administrator credentials set by the server maintainer. A session lasts a fixed eight hours from sign-in; activity does not extend it. Sign in again after logging out, clearing browser cookies, restarting the server, or rebuilding or restarting the container.
首次粘贴完整 HTTPS Excel 下载链接。已有配置时链接留空表示保留当前链接；页面不会回显签名。文件改名或签名失效时粘贴新链接。同一路径覆盖更新可继续使用原配置。For initial setup, paste the complete HTTPS Excel download link. For an existing setup, leave the link blank to retain the current one; the page does not reveal its signature. Supply a new link if the file is renamed or its signature expires. Replacing the file at the same path can continue to use the existing configuration.
选择工作表、刷新间隔和自动读取开关，然后点击“测试读取并预览”。多个匹配工作表需要选定后再次测试。Choose the worksheet, refresh interval and automatic-read setting, then select “Test read and preview”. If several matching worksheets are found, select one and test again.
核对订单数、数量、工作簿日期、全部明细和数据警告，点击“确认预览，保存并生效”。测试不会改动正在使用的来源；更改任何配置必须重新测试，预览 15 分钟后失效；如果后台已经读取了更晚的数据，也需要重新预览，避免覆盖更新。Review the order count, quantities, workbook date, all detail lines and data warnings, then select “Confirm preview, save and apply”. Testing does not change the active source. Test again after changing any setting. Previews expire after 15 minutes; if the server has read newer data in the meantime, generate a new preview to avoid overwriting that update.
“立即读取当前 Excel”强制刷新当前已保存的来源；并发请求合并，连续操作至少间隔 10 秒。保存失败或读取失败不会替换上次成功数据。“Read current Excel now” forces a read of the saved source. Concurrent requests share one read, and consecutive manual reads must be at least ten seconds apart. Failed saves or reads do not replace the last successful data.
完成后退出登录。数据源允许域名由服务器配置维护，网页不能扩大允许范围。所有修改接口都在后台检查登录、来源和请求令牌。Log out when finished. Allowed data-source domains are maintained in the server configuration and cannot be expanded from the web page. Every change request is checked by the server for a valid login, request origin and request token.

变更记录Change history

比较前后两次成功读取，按 IPO + 产品 + 包装分组；行号和 No. 的重排不用于匹配。唯一组显示数量、日期、状态或备注变化；重复组只比较组内完整记录集合，不猜测一对一对应。产品或包装改变会表现为旧组移除和新组增加。记录“移除”不等于取消或完成。History compares successive successful reads, grouping records by IPO + product + packaging. Reordered row numbers or “No.” values are not used for matching. Groups with a single record show quantity, date, status or remark changes. Groups with duplicates are compared as complete collections, without guessing one-to-one matches. A product or packaging change appears as an old group removed and a new group added. “Removed” does not mean cancelled or completed.

换文件路径或工作表会建立新基线，避免把不同文件误作同一计划；仅更换同一路径的签名继续比较。只保留最近 50 次变更或基线，不是长期审计档案。无变化的刷新不新增记录。本版不发送邮件或消息通知，不写回 Excel。Changing the file path or worksheet starts a new baseline, so different sources are not mistaken for the same plan. Changing only the signature for the same path preserves the comparison. Only the latest 50 change or baseline events are retained; this is not a long-term audit archive. Refreshes with no changes do not add history entries. This version does not send email or message notifications, or write back to Excel.
